Ek99 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the binding conditions governing use of the ek99 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ek99 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and any other policies published by ek99 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ek99 platform. Continued use after updated terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those updated terms.
The ek99 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ek99 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. ek99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ek99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend an account pending completion of that verification if there are doubts about the validity of the information provided.
- Use a strong, unique password for your ek99 account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the ek99 platform are required to comply with all applicable rules and to use the platform in a responsible, honest manner that does not compromise the rights or experience of other users. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek99 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion with other players, or manipulation in any form.
- Creating or using an account on behalf of another person, or registering with false information.
- Transferring account balances to other users through means not authorised by the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities and failing to report them to ek99.
Breaching any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as the forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings, without any compensation.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the ek99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are entirely their own.
Ek99 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including online banking transfers (FPX) and supported e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ek99 account holder. ek99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
Any attempt to commit payment fraud, including initiating chargebacks without valid justification, will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action. ek99 is not liable for any transaction failures or delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ek99 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The ek99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ek99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ek99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ek99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from authorities, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance held in that account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the ek99 platform are the property of ek99 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any such content without prior written permission from ek99.
Third-Party Links
The ek99 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. ek99 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Your access to third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ek99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
Your continued use of the ek99 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with those changes, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ek99 platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation before any further legal action is taken.
